White Collar Legal Consultancy is the contemporary continuation of the professional legacy of Elemiry Advocates and Legal Consultants, established in Egypt in 1983 by Nabil Elemiry, Advocate before the Court of Cassation, and developed through offices in Cairo, Port Said and Alexandria. The present consultancy was not itself founded in 1983; it carries forward the discipline, independence and sense of duty formed by that earlier Egyptian practice.

Across four decades, that tradition has been shaped by close attention to evidence, exacting written advocacy and the conviction that legal advice must remain connected to the client’s commercial reality.

In 2026, under the leadership of Dr. Anwar Elemiry, White Collar brings that inheritance into a new legal landscape. Our work combines complex disputes, arbitration, financial and corporate matters with specialist knowledge in digital assets, cryptocurrency, FinTech, blockchain and artificial intelligence.

The result is a practice designed for matters that do not fit neatly within one discipline or one jurisdiction: conventional rights meeting decentralised technology, valuable assets moving across borders, and high-stakes decisions requiring both legal precision and strategic judgment.
