The professional heritage behind White Collar Legal Consultancy begins with Elemiry Advocates and Legal Consultants, established in Egypt in 1983 by Nabil Elemiry, Advocate before the Court of Cassation. From its Egyptian foundation, the practice grew through offices in Cairo, Port Said and Alexandria, serving individuals, family enterprises and major international and multinational companies operating in Egypt. Its reputation was built in the daily work of advocacy: Solving difficult matters, preparing exact legal memoranda, understanding the court, protecting the client’s position and remaining personally accountable for the result of every professional decision.
That history matters because it created more than a name. It established a method: understand the record before forming the argument; separate assumption from admissible proof; test every legal route against the commercial objective; write with precision; and treat the confidence placed in counsel as a responsibility that cannot be delegated away.
That legacy did not remain confined to Egypt. In the next generation, Dr. Anwar Elemiry carried it into an international practice built over nearly two decades, including approximately fourteen years in the United Arab Emirates. His work extends across the UAE, the GCC, the wider Middle East and the Far East, encompassing complex disputes, international arbitration, corporate and financial matters, real estate and construction. Alongside this established practice, he developed a distinctive focus on digital assets, fintech and artificial intelligence—fields that are redefining how value is created, transferred, traced, protected and recovered.
White Collar Legal Consultancy is not presented as having been founded in 1983. It is a distinct modern practice led by Dr. Anwar Elemiry. Elemiry Advocates and Legal Consultants was founded in Egypt at a time when the practice of law depended on close knowledge of the file, the courtroom and the human consequences behind a dispute. Under Nabil Elemiry’s leadership, the office developed a wide practice and lasting relationships, representing significant corporate interests while remaining grounded in direct advocacy and personal trust. Its expansion across Cairo, Port Said and Alexandria reflected the breadth of the work and the reputation earned within the Egyptian legal market.
The inheritance carried into White Collar is therefore not a decorative date. It is the belief that complex cases are won or resolved through disciplined preparation, coherent writing, strategic patience and an honest understanding of what the law can deliver.
